Prairieside Concepts was founded by Mark Beaumier and Adam McGovern with a clear mission: help people get outside and create spaces where they could gather with loved ones. Mark brought extensive design background while Adam contributed home building expertise, a natural and seamless partnership.
Clients gravitate toward Prairieside Concepts for larger, comprehensive projects because they feel confident we could take the reins on everything. We’ve jokingly acknowledged that we’ve established ourselves as the team that can tackle it all, which creates more complexity for us but tremendous simplicity for our clients. Based in Overland Park, we primarily serve Johnson County and the entire Kansas City metro area. We’ve completed projects throughout the region and beyond, as well, from the Ozarks to Manhattan to Kearney, and south to Louisburg. We’ll travel anywhere for the right project, though most of our work happens right here in our backyard where there are plenty of opportunities.
